Deadlines for AGM are:

TROPHIES
PRESIDENT'S TROPHY Awarded to the best group within the Federation. Nominations to be received one month prior to the AGM - 27 Jan 2029.
RECRUITMENT TROPHY
Awarded to the Group which has made the most consistent effort over the previous year to recruit and retain members. Nominations to be received one month prior to the AGM - 27 Jan 2027.
NEW GROUP TROPHY
This is won by the best 18 Plus Group to open during the previous year and recognises the effort put in by its members to increase membership and participate in 18 Plus activities. Nominations to be received one month prior to the AGM - 27 Jan 2027.
GOLD TRAIL TROPHY
Awarded to the Group which has raised money for charity in the most novel way. All entries should be sent to the office to be received one month prior to the AGM - 27 Jan 2027.
CHARITIES TROPHY
The National Finance Officer awards this to the Group which raises the highest sum of money for any charity or charities, including the Charles Padgham Wing, between NAGM's. This is judged on receipts received up to the Monday before the AGM - 22 Feb 2027.
Please polish / clean your trophy before returning! 

NOMINATIONS
The following nominations to be received by the HGS in advance of the NAGM:
National Chairman - 28 days - 6 Feb 2027.
HGS / NFO / Project Officers - 28 days - 6 Feb 2027.
Nomination statement to be received by HGS by this time with details of Proposer and Seconder.

MOTIONS / ITEMS FOR DEBATE / AGENDA ITEMS
These must be received by the HGS 28 days in advance of the NAGM - 6 Feb 2027 - with Proposer and Seconder in the case of group motions
All supporting documentation to also be received by the HGS within this time.

Adhering to the above will greatly support your NEC in preparing for the NAGM which will result in a smoother running of the NAGM, and thence, more drinking time afterwards.
